Housing & Public Works
The Housing and Public Works Department manages on-reserve housing, infrastructure maintenance, and community facilities to ensure safe and healthy living conditions for all SCFN members.
SCFN Off-Reserve Renovation Program – 2026–2027
Sucker Creek First Nation’s Housing & Public Works Department is accepting applications for the Off-Reserve Renovation Program for the 2026–2027 fiscal year. Eligible SCFN households living off-reserve may qualify for up to $15,000 in renovation assistance, subject to available funding and approval.
Priority will be given to repairs addressing health and safety concerns, accessibility needs, and structural deficiencies. Applicants are required to provide supporting documentation and contractor quote(s) as part of the application process. Cosmetic or luxury improvements are not eligible.
